• We offer a 7-day money back guarantee on used gear and skates. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, simply return it to us. The original receipt must accompany all returns. The item must be returned in the same condition as when bought.
  
• Without a receipt, the equipment can be returned for store credit or traded in towards other gear.
  
• If paying by check, there is a 7-day waiting period before a refund can be given.
  
• For on-line purchases, shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges, no exceptions.
  
• New gear and skates will be discounted 15% if returned within 7-days. Worn or damaged items will be discounted further.
  
• All sales are final after 30 days.
